Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 2–7 business days to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages

As we work with multiple suppliers and warehouses through CJdropshipping, your order may arrive in separate packages. This helps ensure faster delivery of your items.
